His journey commenced after graduating from San Diego State in 2003 when he entered the realm of real estate as a Title and Escrow sales representative for LandAmerica, a role he dedicated himself to between 2003 and 2008.

Dave's unique advantage in the industry stems from his early exposure to the intricacies of the back end of real estate, providing him with a solid foundation when he transitioned to residential real estate sales.
